Located just a 4-minute drive away from the main streets, the hotel offers a shuttle bus service every hour for free to the center of Ubud. The hotel is set in beautiful tropical rainforests and surrounded by rice fields, which provides a peaceful and idyllic environment for relaxation. While some guests mentioned that it's a bit far from the center, they also appreciated the peacefulness and the calm Ubud vibe that the hotel provided. The staff was really nice and the hotel also offers gorgeous views of the rice fields. Additionally, the hotel has a typically Ubud feel and the location is very close to Ubud Palace and Monkey Forest. The hotel is also great for those who want to explore Ubud and its surroundings, such as going on adventurous walks as it is located in the middle of the Rice Fields. Some rooms face rice fields, while some overlook the jungle but all are spacious, clean and comfortable. Guests can also opt for a villa with a private pool which is a blissful paradise. The resort has a lovely lush setting with its spacious grounds and beautiful villas. The only downside is that some of the rooms could use an update, but this didn't seem to bother the majority of the guests. Overall, Wapa di Ume Ubud is a lovely resort just 2km from Ubud city center that's quiet, calm and beautiful, perfect for anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Bali.
