Location

Nestled in a beautiful location with serene views of Turf Valley's rolling greens and swans on the nearby lake, the Turf Valley Resort is a great getaway destination. Despite some county road construction in the area and confusing detour signage, guests praise the resort's convenient location, which is not far from Route 40 and several restaurants, including a nearby Safeway. The resort is also loved by locals who appreciate the quiet location as a perfect weekend escape. With lots of parking available, guests can easily explore the resort's beautiful golf course and take in the stunning scenery.

Dinner

Turf Valley Resort is a great place to stay, especially for foodies. The location is ideal and the breakfast and dinner at Alexandria's is simply awesome. While some guests may feel that the on-site restaurant is overpriced, Thursday night's "Steak Night" is extraordinary and the restaurant is outstanding overall. Although some visitors found the food to be subpar and expensive, others enjoyed their meals and praised the variety of menu choices. Notably, the house burger is a must-try - one guest hailed it as the best they'd ever had. Overall, if you're looking for great dining options during your stay, Turf Valley Resort is an excellent choice.

Rooms

The Turf Valley Resort boasts large, comfortable and pleasantly surprising rooms. Many rooms come equipped with a king-sized bed, a spacious sitting area, a desk and a kitchenette. Guests praised the cleanliness and adequacy of the rooms and bathrooms, which were nicely updated. However, some guests noted that the decor was out-dated and that some rooms were smaller than expected. Additionally, some guests experienced issues with noise from the air conditioning units, uncomfortable beds and bright hallway lights shining into the room. Some guests also reported issues with key cards not working and trash left outside of the rooms. Despite these issues, most guests enjoyed their stay at Turf Valley Resort.

The staff is great and super helpful, making sure that your accommodations are not only comfortable but also clean. You'll find that the rooms are very spacious and immaculate, even the building is kept very clean. The pools are not an exception as they are also well-maintained with towels available throughout the day. Although there were a few instances of trash left outside of rooms and plates on the floor, these occurrences were rare. In general, customer service was outstanding with guests mentioning great customer service and overly clean facilities. However, if there were any drawbacks, some lamps and lights inside the room were not working and some bins did not have trash bags. Despite all that, Turf Valley Resort is an ideal place for anyone who seeks a luxurious, comfortable and clean stay.

Turf Valley Resort is a must-visit destination that is truly appreciated by all its guests. Guests have nothing but praise for the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. From the moment you check in, the well-trained front desk staff greets you by name and is always ready to go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. The entire staff is courteous, personable and efficient, making sure you are attended to throughout your stay. Even the massage team was fabulous and offered a fantastic experience. The customer service is exceptional and the restaurant's wait staff and hostess were both excellent. The hotel's cleanliness is also noteworthy and guests appreciate the overly clean areas. The staff might be one of the best highlights of Turf Valley Resort!

The pool at Turf Valley Resort is a highlight for many guests who have stayed at the hotel. With both indoor and outdoor options, the pool area is bigger than expected and perfect for families, especially with the fun outdoor pool that kids just love. While some guests felt that the pool hours were not long enough, others raved about the hot sauna and peaceful quiet bar area.
