The Papaya Playa Project, Tulum, a Member of Design Hotels is simply excellent, the best hotel in Tulum and highly recommended. However, some guests expected 5-star service and stay, but it was not provided and they believed that 4-star hotels were better. Nonetheless, the majority of guests had a memorable and magical night, in a perfect and exclusive place to disconnect from it all.
