The location is convenient for central Cairns and the facilities are modern. The staff are lovely and helpful with Suzie going beyond. While the hotel might need some upgrading, it offers good value for money. The apartment rooms are spacious, bright and clean, however, the apartment doors tend to slam. The pool is clean and relaxing and the hosts are great. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay with incredible service.
