The hotel has a warm, family-run feel and offers a good infrastructure for kids, including Tripp Trapp baby seats, small toys in the restaurants, a games corner in the lobby and even cute duvets in the extra beds. While the hotel doesn't allow children in the wellness area, it's perfect if you're traveling with a dog. The hotel is ideally located just a few minutes from the ski lifts and you can easily access them via the hotel's shuttle service. Some guests may not like the hotel's style, but we found it absolutely beautiful. Overall, Romantik Hotel Schweizerhof & Spa is a great option for families looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay.

While the indoor and outdoor pools may be smaller, parents appreciate the recommendation to limit pool hours for children to prevent overcrowding. The kids club is a standout feature with plenty to keep children entertained, while the rest of the hotel remains calm and peaceful. The hotel also features a beautiful children's playground with stunning views and a free kids' daycare service. However, some guests would appreciate a kids' menu and separation between family and adult areas of the hotel, as it can get quite noisy at times. Finally, some guests experienced difficulty securing spa appointments despite being told to book on-site. Despite these minor shortcomings, families with children will find plenty to enjoy at Waldhaus Flims Wellness Resort.
