Summary of reviews related to the 'Pool' category
Summarized by AI
The pool area at ibis Styles Aix les Bains Domaine de Marlioz draws mixed reviews but generally garners praise for its pleasant and enjoyable atmosphere. The heated pool stands out as a top-notch feature with many guests enjoying its warm and inviting waters. It serves as a refreshing retreat, especially on hot days and is surrounded by a large garden that adds to the relaxing ambiance. The pool is noted for being clean, secure and well-maintained by staff, who are often described as very friendly.
However, the pool's size seems to be a common drawback with several guests pointing out that it feels small and can become crowded, given the hotel's capacity. There are also occasional concerns about maintenance and cleanliness, especially around the pool area and the courtyard.
The location of the pool is frequently highlighted as a positive aspect, contributing to a quiet and serene environment. Additionally, the nearby spa facilities, while in a different building, offer an extra layer of luxury for those looking to enhance their relaxation experience.
In conclusion, while there are some areas for improvement, such as size and upkeep, the pool at ibis Styles Aix les Bains Domaine de Marlioz generally provides a pleasant and enjoyable experience for guests seeking a refreshing dip in between their holiday activities.

Summary of reviews related to the 'Pool' category
Summarized by AI
At Mercure Aix-les-Bains Domaine de Marlioz Hôtel & Spa, guest experiences with the pool facilities have notably varied. The hotel boasts both indoor and outdoor heated pools, contributing to an overall pleasant atmosphere and enhanced by the scenic view of a large park. The indoor pool, along with the jacuzzi and steam room, is appreciated for its infrastructure, although it can feel overcrowded at times.
Guests have identified some comfort issues, particularly noting that both pools could benefit from warmer temperatures. The outdoor pool, though visually appealing in the photos, has been described by some as smaller than expected and generally not heated, which could detract from its usability, especially in chillier weather. It’s preferable for a quick dip rather than a swim. Central to the spa experience is also a hammam and a jacuzzi, although the hammam has occasionally been closed, affecting the overall spa experience.
Overall, the pool and spa areas are consistently acknowledged as an attractive aspect of the hotel, complementing the great room sizes and pleasant atmosphere. While the outdoor pool's size and temperature have drawn some critique, the combination of indoor and outdoor swimming options provides a satisfactory range for most guests.

Summarized by AI
Urban Hotel & Spa Aix-les-Bains offers an impressive pool and spa area that guests frequently highlight in their reviews. The pool, while indoor, is often described as clean and pleasant, making it a delightful feature during a stay. Many guests appreciate the heated aspect of the pool, particularly valuing the warmth during cold weather. The comprehensive spa facilities, including the sauna, hammam and jacuzzi, receive positive remarks for enhancing the overall experience.
However, some reviews mention that the pool can be small and sometimes crowded. There's also feedback about the water temperature with a number of guests finding it cold, which can detract from the experience. Maintenance issues and a strong smell of chlorine have been noted occasionally, indicating that the pool could benefit from more consistent upkeep.
Access to the pool is an additional charge, which some guests find excessive and there is a time limit for usage, which may not suit everyone. Despite these concerns, many still highlight the pool as a top feature, enjoying its accessibility even in poor weather and late evening hours.
Overall, the hotel's pool and spa areas are appreciated for their cleanliness and relaxing environment, although improvements in temperature control and maintenance could enhance guests' satisfaction.
