One-Suite House - Estúdio UXUA Estúdio features acres of space, sturdy antique furniture and rustic local accents. There is a lush greenery afforded by an indoor/outdoor bathroom featuring a large vertical garden, sink carved from old tree trunks dug out of UXUA’s garden, double-wooden shower heads and one wall opening onto a spacious veranda and private garden. In addition, there are walk-in closets, mini-kitchen, private patio, and access to the healing waters of UXUA's green quartz pool.

One-Suite House – Quintal UXUA This airy one-bedroom apartment appears cocooned in the sheltering arms of a mango tree. An open balcony with covered eating area and deep sofa overlooking UXUA’s garden and gleaming quartz pool. There is a bathroom with double shower heads and open views across the treetops. A mini-kitchen, walk-in closets and pristine canopy bed are available.

One-Suite House – Casa da Árvore UXUA Casa da Árvore- this multilevel "tree house" is built from recycled wood and come complete with a traditional straw roof. The bedroom's porch serves as the living room which overlooks the canopy of the hotel garden trees, and includes a sofa, bar and hammock. The bathroom has double showers and allows access to the internal deck where there is a hot tub and shower-head carved from a tree trunk. On the ground floor of the house there is an open-air living room with a pebbled floor and rocking chairs. Free Wi-Fi is provided.

One-Suite House – Seu João UXUA Seu João- Designed in the style of a traditional fisherman's house, this home has a wall of sliding doors that open completely, revealing a lush garden and wooden deck with private pools. Also included is a private courtyard with an outdoor shower, a rustic-style pergola and sun loungers by the pool and a bathroom with an indoor garden and showers and sinks carved from tree trunks. One-Suite House – Seu Pedrinho UXUA Seu Pedrinho- This vibrant, magenta-toned house has airy, well lit rooms, hardwood floors, a charming bar and an internal private garden with deck chairs and views of the historic Quadrado Square. Two-Suite House – Eugênia UXUA Eugênia- Considered the property's most luxurious home, this house is located amidst lush vegetation. It includes a master suite with large bathroom, a private pool, a spacious indoor/outdoor kitchen with a private balcony and fruit trees, one of which grows through the roof of the house. Two-Suite House – Gulab Mahal UXUA This house is a fusion of Portuguese and Southeast Asian, with a dash of native Bahian. Renovated but maintaining its charm, this house features stained-glass windows,a mezzanine meditation area, indoor/outdoor kitchen, half bathroom and stunning views of Trancoso's historic Quadrado. There is a shaded rustic table and chairs in front of the house.

Two-Suite House – Zé e Zilda UXUA This traditional fisherman's house facing the Quadrado features a fully equipped kitchen, an adjacent seating room and a bar. The rustic table in front of the house allows al fresco dining. There are two bedrooms – one on the second floor with its bathroom on the ground floor.
