This hotel offers exceptional facilities and services, making it the best motel in NZ. The beautiful waterfront location is within walking distance to the city center and the best restaurants. The reception and concierge staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring a relaxing and comfortable stay. The dining options are fantastic with Onemata, The Pantry and Captain's Table offering top-notch cuisine. The Cafe is also amazing. Although there were a few negative experiences, such as a tatty and tired room and guests who were noisy, the hotel management team was professional and worked hard to address any problems. Overall, the hotel is a first-class luxury setting with crazy amenities, beautiful rooms and a lovely staff. It’s no wonder guests call it the best hotel they've ever stayed in. Highly recommended for a city getaway or romantic escape, it's worth the price for an exceptional stay.
