Overall, guests have had a fantastic experience staying at Holiday Inn Club Vacations Williamsburg Resort. The facilities exceed expectations with guests noting how nice it is to have a relaxing getaway. While some guests were disappointed with their villa location, they still enjoyed their stay. There were only a few comments that housekeeping might need more staff, but this was not a major issue.
