The spacious suites are perfect for families with kids and there are plenty of activities for them to enjoy. The hotel has a very cool pool for younger children and there is even a playroom that the kids loved. The staff is attentive, competent and friendly. They provided a high chair in the room as requested and even had children's bathrobes available. However, some guests had issues with small things like not having enough bedding or having to wait for breakfast with hungry children. Nonetheless, overall this is a perfect family-friendly hotel with a lot to offer.
