It is a pleasure to welcome you and your pet to Santikos Mansion. For all guest safety and comfort, you are kindly requested to follow some simple rules during your stay with your pet:
-Please do not leave your pet alone in your as they can feel lonely and cry. If we receive complains from other guest, we obligated by law to ask you to evacuate your pet from the property.
- In case you need to leave the pet alone, please keep it in a transport cage.
- Keep your pet always on a leash on the hotel grounds.
- Please pick up after your pet.
- Pets are not allowed in the lobby, restaurants and bar as also the pool areas and sports center.
- Please do not approach the designated dog sledding area with your pet.
- The pet fee is 50€ per stay.
- The hotel can accommodate up to five pets at the same time (max 35 kilos)
- No charge will apply for service dogs (certificated required)
- In case of emergency, owners must provide a contact cell phone number to the Front Desk.
- Any properties damaged caused by pet will be the pet owner’s responsibility and the appropriate charges will be applied to your folio.
- Please always pick up the wastes of your pet.
- For the safety of all guests, only non-aggressive pets are allowed.
- Please carry with you your pet health record booklet, updated by your veterinary
- Please use your special door hanger, to inform our staff that your pet is inside your room.
