Guests frequently praise the location, staff, food, and rooms, finding these aspects to be fantastic and contributing to an unforgettable stay.
While the food and cocktails are often highlighted as 5-star quality, some guests express surprise at the absence of amenities like toothbrushes and toothpaste, which they expected from a hotel marketed as five-star. The Warwick Fiji resort promises a luxurious 5 star experience, but according to some reviews, it falls short of the mark. While some guests have reported issues with musty rooms and bed bugs, others have enjoyed great family holidays and amazing views. Although the service hasn't met the expectations of all guests, some have still rated their stay as exceptional. While opinions vary, The Warwick Fiji remains a lovely spot for a getaway, even if it may not be considered a true 5 star resort.
