However, guests with mobility issues may struggle with the two flights of stairs to the breakfast and eating areas. While the receptionist was quick to provide a baby cot, there were no sheets for it on arrival. A booking for casual dining for 15 people disappeared, but the staff still managed to accommodate the parents and their young baby. Unfortunately, one guest reported a disappointing and unsafe room with exposed nails, damaged furniture and ill-fitting carpet. Despite these issues, the hotel offers relaxation at its finest for the whole family during an autumn break.
