The staff is welcoming, friendly and professional with the hospitality manager standing out as exceptional. The spa is worth every penny with a great gym, sauna, pool and treatment options available. The indoor swimming pool is a great amenity for guests looking to relax and unwind. The beds are exceptional and very comfortable with perfect pillows and large size. While the hotel has a few deficiencies, it's still an okay option for a stay.
