The location is amazing, situated in the heart of green fields with a breathtaking view of the jungle. The rooms are spacious, beautiful and comfortable with private villas and pools receiving high praise from guests. Although some guests have suggested that the cleaning could be improved, the general consensus is that the villa is clean and well-maintained. The staff are exceptional with every review giving them a perfect 10 out of 10 for their friendly, sweet, attentive and helpful service. The pools are a highlight of the hotel with a nice infinity pool and a beautiful second pool at the bottom of the resort. Guests also appreciate the free yoga on Tuesdays and the proximity to an amazing waterfall. Overall, guests can't say enough good things about the wonderful staff and serene environment at this hotel.
