Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
TS Hotel by WMM Hotels is praised for its convenient location, modern amenities and accessible features, making it an excellent choice for travelers. Strategically positioned by the highway A8, the hotel provides easy access for transit travelers while maintaining a quiet environment due to effective soundproofing. Its proximity to attractions like Lake Chiemsee, Salzburg and Ruhpolding, along with nearby supermarkets and restaurants, adds to its appeal for both long journeys and short vacations.
The rooms are noted for being spacious, clean and well-furnished, featuring modern designs and practical amenities like large refrigerators, mini kitchens, comfortable beds and sizable bathrooms. The hotel’s new construction ensures up-to-date facilities and guests appreciate the high-quality bedding and extensive storage space.
Although the hotel does not offer an on-site breakfast, nearby supermarkets and a bakery provide convenient alternatives. The room kitchens are sufficient for preparing meals, making the absence of a formal breakfast buffet manageable.
Parking is another standout feature with ample free spaces and options for cars, trailers and motorcycles, along with electric charging stations. The ease of parking directly in front of the rooms enhances the overall convenience for guests.
Despite mixed reviews about cleanliness, the hotel generally meets expectations with its modern look and some instances of spotless rooms and bathrooms. However, a more consistent cleaning effort could address the occasional issues reported.
The self-service model at TS Hotel by WMM Hotels offers a smooth check-in and check-out process via codes and text messages, which many guests find efficient. However, the lack of on-site staff can be challenging in emergencies or when immediate assistance is needed. Telephone support, when reachable, is friendly and helpful.
Wi-Fi connectivity varies with some guests experiencing reliable service while others face challenges with slow or non-functional connections. Despite this, the soundproofing and hassle-free check-in process contribute positively to the overall guest experience.
The hotel is particularly accommodating for guests with disabilities, providing wheelchair-accessible rooms and convenient parking. The streamlined, automated check-in process offers flexibility and ease for travelers arriving at any time.
In summary, TS Hotel by WMM Hotels delivers a comfortable, modern and accessible stay with excellent location advantages, practical amenities and convenient parking, making it a highly recommended stop for travelers.
