Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Four Points by Sheraton Miami Airport enjoys a prime location near Miami International Airport, benefiting from excellent accessibility via the expressway. This makes it particularly ideal for short stays and layovers, further enhanced by a free shuttle service. Guests appreciate the proximity to a variety of dining options like Chipotle, Dunkin Donuts, McDonald's and Denny's, all within walking distance, along with easy access to local malls and bus services. The area is generally considered safe and suitable for both leisure and business travelers.
The hotel’s accommodations are well-regarded, featuring spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. King-sized beds are often highlighted for their comfort and the rooms are equipped with cozy lounging chairs and desks. Despite minor issues such as limited amenities and occasional housekeeping lapses, the overall room experience is positive, contributing to a restful stay.
The breakfast offerings receive largely positive feedback with many guests praising the excellent and varied buffet options. Exceptional service from the breakfast staff is frequently mentioned. Nonetheless, there are critiques about the extra cost for breakfast and suggestions to include it in the room rate for better value. Dinner at the hotel receives good remarks, particularly the steak salad with overall satisfactory food and service, though concerns about menu limitations and pricing are noted.
Cleanliness is another strong point with many guests appreciating the very clean rooms and well-maintained facilities. However, some lapses in daily upkeep and minor issues like dirty bathrooms and occasional sightings of bugs are mentioned.
The hotel staff receive overwhelmingly positive feedback for their kindness, efficiency and professionalism. Specific members, including front desk staff, shuttle service staff and restaurant personnel, are often highlighted for their exceptional service, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Free Wi-Fi is praised for its good coverage and speed, though a few connectivity issues are reported. The gym receives mixed reviews with some guests appreciating the available equipment, while others report a lack of facilities. The pool is generally liked for its cleanliness and relaxing environment, despite occasional disappointments regarding size and availability due to renovations.
Parking is considered convenient with ample space and free options, though some confusion regarding charges is mentioned. The beds are highly praised for their comfort, contributing to a good night's rest with minor concerns about the condition of some mattresses.
The hotel meets typical three-star quality expectations with good amenities and common areas. It is particularly well-suited for business travelers due to its convenient location and practical room amenities like mini-fridges and microwaves. Positive feedback is also given for the hotel’s accessibility features, accommodating guests with disabilities fairly well.
Overall, Four Points by Sheraton Miami Airport is a practical and comfortable choice for both leisure and business travelers, offering a mix of convenience, quality accommodations and a welcoming atmosphere.
