Summarized by AI
The reviews of Hotel San Antonio's pool present a mix of positive experiences and several significant issues. Guests appreciated the rooftop pool for its lovely views and ambiance with some describing it as amazing and very nice. The outdoor pool garnered positive remarks for its scenery and the availability of sun loungers, adding to a pleasant and relaxing environment.
However, numerous guests reported serious concerns with the pool facilities. Many mentioned that the pool was not operational at times, was often dirty and had no filtration system. The water was frequently described as cold, particularly because the pool was not heated—even during the winter months—which detracted from the overall experience. The indoor pool specifically was criticized for being ice-cold and maintained poorly with some guests noting it looked like a construction site.
Moreover, the pool area seemed to be in disrepair with mentions of it being outdated, neglected and too small. Noise from the pool area at night was also cited as a problem, making it difficult for some to sleep. Although certain guests found the pool enjoyable, the inconsistent maintenance and operational issues significantly impacted the overall guest experience.
