Unfortunately, one guest reported that the pool was out of order due to a kid pooping in it. However, for the most part, guests enjoyed the pool area and facilities, even though it wasn't huge. The pool area is well designed and clearly the focus of the hotel. Children could also enjoy the pool during designated times. Although some guests were disappointed that the pool closed at 8, others praised the warm temperature of the water and some even used the gym twice during their stay. Overall, while the pool at Gloucester Robinswood Hotel, BW Signature Collection may not be perfect, it is certainly a hotel highlight that guests can take advantage of during their stay.
