Guests appreciate the cleanliness, spaciousness and amenities such as refrigerators, microwaves and coffee makers. Nonetheless, the reasonable pricing in such a prime location is a considerable advantage.
Cleanliness garners mixed reviews. Many guests are satisfied with the cleanliness of their rooms, particularly the bedding and bathrooms. However, some report issues like a musty smell, damp conditions and an inconsistent housekeeping schedule. The public areas and parking garage also sometimes fall short of cleanliness expectations.
The staff at Quality Inn is highly commended. Frequently described as friendly, helpful and professional, the team significantly enhances the guest experience. The front desk personnel, in particular, receive notable praise for their attentive and courteous service, contributing positively to the overall stay.
The pool area draws varied feedback.
