The hotel has a great location and a lovely vibe that gives off a local feeling. Despite the low ceilings in some of the rooms, the decor is very nice and the hotel is comfortable and cozy. Renovated from a historic building (YMCA), the hotel has a superb and exceptional touch. Many guests found the hotel restful and relaxing and they would stay at the hotel again in the future. Although some guests had issues with customer service or additional charges, the majority of the reviews suggest that Hotel Indigo Baltimore Downtown is worth the stay.
