Summary of reviews

The Holiday Inn Brentwood by IHG is a conveniently located hotel with a great range of amenities for guests. While the breakfast and rooms received mixed reviews, guests loved the restaurant and raved about the comfortable beds. The staff were generally friendly and helpful with the exception of some receptionists. The hotel's gym, swimming pool and location were praised with guests appreciating the close proximity to nearby destinations. Parking was somewhat of a bone of contention for some, who felt the charges were too high. Overall, the hotel provided good value for money, making it a great choice for those on a budget. However, guests with disabilities had mixed experiences with accessibility and cleanliness was also an issue, as some rooms and bathrooms were not up to standard.
