The hotel's shuttle service is happy to take guests to and from nearby attractions and there is a bus stop just 5 minutes up the road which provides easy access to St Peter's Port. However, some guests reviewed the bathroom as cramped and small with inadequate space for clothes and safety handles needed in the shower/bath. Additionally, annex rooms are a considerable walking distance from the hotel facilities. Nonetheless, the hotel provides a courtesy car to and from the airport and town centre which is perfect for guests with mobility issues. Those who want to spend a day at the beach can take a pleasant 5-minute walk to Fermain beach.
