WRAP on Southbank features an indoor heated pool, a well-appreciated amenity with a dedicated lap lane for swimmers. Guests have commented positively on the accessibility and cleanliness of the pool area. However, some visitors noted that the pool was not as warm as they expected with the temperature being a bit cooler than ideal for some. A few reviews mentioned that the sauna, situated adjacent to the pool, was not as warm as they would have liked. While the heated pool is a notable feature of the hotel, there were suggestions for improving its warmth and potentially expanding the size or adding a warmer spa section for an enhanced experience. Overall, the heated pool adds value to the hotel's amenities but could benefit from a few temperature adjustments.
