That being said, some guests were able to find parking for themselves without relying on valet. Others complained about having to pay for valet and the high expenses of parking in general. However, the hotel restricts parking to either valet or public garage, causing some inconvenience for guests, as staff were hesitant to allow the use of baggage carts. One unlucky guest even had their keys misplaced by valet. On the bright side, some reviews commented on the wonderful parking experience, but some prefered that any parking fee be included in the room rate and wished that the hotel had designated parking lots for guests who don't want to use the valet service.
