Although some reviewers might disagree with the inconsistent service and tension between staff, most guests highlight the efficient and polite staff that includes the Konobari, the kind Thaer at breakfast, Linda at the buffet dinner restaurant, Omar from Il Terrazzo and Omar, who attended the beach. Chef Sameer was also praised for his amazing job, while Mohammed at check-in and Mohammed from the mini-bar, porters, Stephen and Kevin at the bar and pool, Mohammad and Omar lifeguards, Sultan at the restaurant and other staff members were exceptional in their behavior towards customers. Overall, the beautiful location, excellent facilities, superb hospitality and friendly and attentive staff contributed to an amazing experience at the resort.

Communication problems with staff at the spa were also reported. Nonetheless, the pools and spa are just lovely and the resort is definitely worth the high cost.

Although the jacuzzi is not for kids, there are still plenty of other facilities for children to enjoy, including several pools. While there were some issues that needed to be addressed, facing prostitution in a family-oriented hotel is not one of them. Generally, the facilities all round were superb and give you a warm feeling inside. However, it would have been better if the restaurant menu included more options for kids. Overall, the resort is an excellent choice for families seeking a comfortable and fun destination.
