Some were shocked upon arrival and others wished it had been mentioned in the booking information. However, despite the high pet fee, the hotel has excellent facilities, services, amenities and rules for our furry friends. The hotel staff should designate pet-friendly rooms to avoid complaints about unpleasant smells. Some guests also felt that the $75 non-refundable pet fee was excessive for their well-behaved 15lbs dog. Despite these few negative comments, most guests enjoyed their stay with their pets at the Staybridge Suites Rapid City - Rushmore, an IHG Hotel and would stay here again.
