The staff at Sugar Beach, A Viceroy Resort is nothing short of amazing with an exceptional high level of customer care and service. They are friendly and attentive, going above and beyond in every interaction. The butler service is unmatched, especially Linus who attended to every detail. The nicest staff ever experienced at any resort, they couldn't do enough for the guests. Even though some guests experienced disorganization in response to their requests, the butlers were always helpful and attentive. However, on the first day, some guests experienced unfriendly staff and one guest couldn't call the front desk or concierge due to the absence of a phone in their room. Despite these minor issues, the staff at Sugar Beach is praised for their unbelievable customer service.
