NH Hotel Stephanie, touted as a four-star establishment, presents a mixed bag of experiences for its guests. While some reviewers affirm that the hotel is clean, centrally located and boasts ample parking as stated on its website, others express dissatisfaction with a variety of aspects. Several guests feel that the hotel falls short of the four-star standard typically associated with the NH brand, particularly noting issues with cleanliness, comfort and a lack of essential equipment.
Expectations for services, such as room delivery of an iron and ironing board, were not met with guests being asked to collect items from the reception instead. Additionally, the breakfast offered did not impress with calls for a wider variety suitable for a four-star hotel. Some reviewers also found the shower to be problematic with inconsistent water temperature.
The appearance and overall ambience of the hotel have been described by some as average, more akin to a three-star establishment. These shortcomings, coupled with the hotel's relatively high prices, led to a general sense of disappointment among guests with many opining that it did not live up to its four-star rating. Despite these criticisms, a few guests still vouched that the hotel merits its four-star status.
In summary, while NH Hotel Stephanie has some positive attributes like cleanliness and a good location, various service shortfalls and facility issues suggest it may not fully meet the expectations associated with its four-star rating.

The Moxy Brussels City Center has received varied feedback regarding its four-star rating, facilities and services. While many reviews affirm that the hotel meets the typical standards expected of a four-star establishment, some guests feel it falls short in certain areas. The hotel’s modern, clean atmosphere and stylish decor have been frequently praised, contributing to its positive reputation. Guests appreciated the big lobby and bar, friendly and fantastic staff, gym and breakfast service, which align well with the expectations for a four-star hotel.
However, some reviews voiced disappointment, particularly around the breakfast service, which was deemed average for a hotel of this caliber and the lack of certain amenities like a mini bar in the room. There were also comments suggesting that the hotel provides merely the minimum required for a four-star rating with some facilities and services not entirely living up to the elevated expectations associated with such a rating.
Despite these critiques, the overall ambiance and comfort were mostly well-regarded with several guests considering it a worthy representation and recommendation for a four-star property. The Moxy Brussels City Center maintains a balance of modern amenities and clean, comfy rooms, offering a unique blend of four-star comfort with a laid-back, hostel-like vibe.
