The Joy Hotel is a good value for money and despite being an aged hotel it still possesses a certain charm. Despite some negative reviews that argue that the hotel did not deserve a three star rating, many guests consider the hotel to be worth more than three stars, thanks to its beautiful structure. Certain areas can be improved, but the hotel has a correct level of service with changes and cleanings done every two days. Some reviews are in different languages with one suggesting that the hotel is simply good considering the money paid and others mentioning that the hotel is not the newest and the interior could be updated. There are some negative reviews mentioning that the hotel is very dirty but on the whole, the general consensus is positive.
