The Grand Hotel Riviera by CDSHotels garners mixed reviews regarding its four-star rating, facilities and services. Many guests highlight the hotel's beautiful and clean structure, as well as its fantastic and convenient location near the sea. The staff's exceptional friendliness and commitment to hygiene and cleanliness are consistently praised with some visitors noting that the hotel perfectly meets four-star standards.
However, some reviews point out certain aspects that fall short of the four-star expectations. Issues such as the quality of the lobby and reception, the use of plastic cups in rooms and the catering not living up to the four-star rating are cited. Additionally, the availability of amenities and services, such as a network for guests, is viewed as lacking in comparison to what is typically expected from a four-star superior hotel.
Despite these criticisms, several guests still consider it a good hotel for its star classification and commend the overall experience as very good. However, there is a consensus that it could improve in certain areas to fully align with the standards expected of a four-star establishment.
