Guests are impressed with the ease of check-in as they can proceed straight to their rooms. However, some guests have experienced issues like noisy A/C units, marked up walls and a bathroom barn door that doesn't close all the way. The rooms are in need of updates and maintenance and some guests were disappointed that their room did not match the photos online. Additionally, there are no kitchenettes or microwaves provided and the tiny fridge is not considered sufficient. Guests suggest soundproofing should be added and the balconies are not ideal.

The staff is exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable with someone at check-in who helped us navigate our first stay at this hotel chain. The facilities are really cool with upgrades made to the rooms, pool and furniture with gorgeously bright paint. The atmosphere is quiet, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. We couldn't believe it was only rated 4 stars on Booking.com because it definitely exceeded our expectations.
