Although the hotel has a large parking area in front of the building, guests have complained that instructions provided by the hotel regarding parking are insufficient and sometimes unclear. Additionally, some guests feel that paying for parking on top of the room bill is objectionable. Others, however, feel that the parking is easy and convenient and at a reasonable price. The underground car park is quite far from the check-in area and some guests have had difficulty accessing it due to broken lifts or inoperable access points. On the other hand, some guests have found parking to be plentiful and have appreciated being so close to the hotel's location. Despite some issues, guests seem to have had a good time at the hotel overall and parking was not a major negative factor in their stay.
