Guests enjoyed breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel, which offers a limited room service menu. The hotel is now all-inclusive and offers 24/7 food and drink service. However, some guests noted that the lack of a chef on-site overnight was unacceptable for an all-inclusive hotel. There were no diet sodas or light beers, but Tito's or Grey Goose were available. For guests celebrating special occasions, the staff was exceptional, starting with the front desk attendant who went above and beyond for a seamless check-in process. The staff at the dinner time restaurant was professional and hardworking. All in all, guests stated that this was the best all inclusive hotel they had been to so far with exceptional service, authentic food and a great location to walk around at night.
