The hotel is family-run and the owners are simply amazing. The hotel is extremely accommodating, allowing for an earlier check-in and even providing access to a mobility scooter. As a family of four with young children, we were provided with towels and washcloths just as we had requested when reserving our room. We were disappointed that the pool was broken during our stay, as swimming was one of the reasons we had chosen this hotel. However, there are laundry facilities available on site. Despite the pool issue, we plan on returning for future family vacations. Overall, Best Western Plaza Hotel Saugatuck is a nice family-run facility that is well worth considering for your family getaway.
