Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Contact Hôtel de France Contres-Beauval-Cheverny is highly praised for its strategic location in the heart of the region, offering convenient access to notable attractions such as the Loire castles, Beauval Zoo, and Château de Chambord. Its tranquil setting contributes to a peaceful stay, enhanced by welcoming and attentive staff who are commended for their warmth and helpfulness. The on-site breakfast impresses with its variety and quality, featuring fresh products like homemade cakes and ample choices catering to diverse tastes. Similarly, the dinner experience is appreciated for providing excellent value and well-presented, plentiful portions, though the exclusive Indian cuisine receives mixed reactions.
Guest rooms receive positive feedback for being clean, comfortable, and spacious, accommodating families effectively with clean bed and bath linens. However, occasional comments mention a need for better room maintenance and updates to the décor and bedding. Cleanliness is generally well-regarded, albeit with some suggestions for improvement in bathroom hygiene and dust management.
The hotel staff are consistently commended for their exceptional friendliness and hospitality, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Parking facilities are advantageous, offering secure spaces and convenient access, though there are remarks on limited availability and arrangement. Despite some varied opinions on the mattresses, the overall comfort and soundproof rooms are appreciated, though updating the bedding could enhance guest satisfaction.
Overall, Contact Hôtel de France Contres-Beauval-Cheverny offers a charming and convenient base for exploring the region, with a comfortable stay enriched by attentive service and quality dining experiences.
