The staff is very friendly and helpful with the ability to speak all major languages. Children are definitely welcomed with many families with young kids staying at the hotel. Our guests have noted that their children had a great time and felt very comfortable during their stay at the hotel. It's the perfect spot for families with babies or toddlers to enjoy their first vacation. The only downside is the lack of storage space in the rooms, but overall it has received great reviews from families.
