Summary of reviews related to the 'Pool' category
Summarized by AI
City Express Plus by Marriott Ensenada offers a rooftop pool that guests frequently highlight in their reviews. Many describe the pool as beautiful, very nice and relaxing with a wonderful temperature that makes swimming comfortable. The pool area provides a splendid view, particularly of the ocean, which adds to its appeal. Guests find the pool area clean and the surrounding terrace pleasant, ideal for relaxation.
However, while many appreciate the heated pool and its cleanliness, there are a few concerns. The pool is often described as small and at times not in service or under construction, leading to some disappointment. A seasonal operation and occasional private events also limit access for regular guests. Moreover, maintenance issues like dirty pool water or neglected pool area bathrooms have been pointed out, albeit not frequently.
Despite some drawbacks, the general sentiment leans positive with guests enjoying the pool for its warmth, the rooftop location and the scenic views it offers. The pool is a favorable spot within the property, contributing to an enjoyable stay for many visitors.
