Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
ARPOAR - Manaíra by PenareiaTurBr consistently earns high praise for its strategic location, proximity to key amenities and stunning oceanfront views. Guests appreciate the modern, well-maintained facilities, clean common areas and cozy, aesthetically pleasing rooms. The highlights include a beautiful rooftop infinity pool and jacuzzi offering impressive panoramic beach views, which contribute to the hotel's allure and overall pleasant atmosphere.
The hotel staff generally receive accolades for their professional, courteous and attentive service, particularly at the reception. Guests commend the comfort of the beds and the overall quality of the bedrooms, which often include partial or full ocean views and useful amenities such as air conditioning, microwaves and mini-fridges.
However, there are some notable areas for improvement. Breakfast is a common complaint due to its high cost and lack of clear communication regarding its exclusion from the booking, leading many guests to seek alternatives outside the hotel. Some have also pointed out that the restaurant menu can be limited in choices, particularly for lunch and dinner, though the dining experience is generally positive.
Cleanliness reviews are mixed. While the general environment and facilities are often described as clean and new, inconsistencies in room maintenance and housekeeping are frequently mentioned. Issues include dirty walls, unclean bed linens and occasional maintenance problems like leaking showers. Regular room cleaning and the replacement of towels and sheets appear to need more attention.
The rooftop pool stands out as a significant highlight with its infinity edge and ocean view providing a picturesque setting that many guests love. However, its small size and somewhat dark lighting at night are minor drawbacks. Free underground parking is convenient but described as tight and sometimes difficult to access.
The hotel’s suitability for families is noted, although noise from neighbors can be disruptive. The bedding experiences are mixed with many finding the beds comfortable but some noting issues with bed quality and cleanliness. Overall, the hotel offers a modern, comfortable stay with excellent service, albeit with certain areas needing improvement.
