From the lobby staff to the guest relations team, everyone promised to help and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Ramon from the reception, Yunely, Anyory and Daniel were all super fun and we had a great relationship with them. Even Ariel the lifeguard was amazing and inclined to help us with swimming gear. While some guests had mixed experiences with the staff, on the whole, the employees here are polite, professional and skilled. Many reviewers also highlighted the owner and his great personality. From the restaurant service to luggage management, all staff members, especially Andres, Raimundo, Mari Carmen, Ingrid, Nicaela, Candido, Irineo, Nerfry and Oliver, went out of their way to provide guests with an amazing experience. Overall, the staff made this hotel a memorable place to visit.
