Staff is friendly, accommodating and welcoming according to guest reviews. The spa is a great way to unwind and destress, while the gym is somewhat lacking in equipment and space. The outdoor pool area is well-maintained and equipped with comfortable loungers and umbrellas, perfect for those seeking a relaxing escape. The beach at the back is smaller and quieter with no music, but there is no direct beach access and the hotel beach is poorly maintained. Onsite parking is available at a fee and while some guests found the cost too high, others thought it was reasonable. Despite some minor concerns, the majority of guests highly recommend this four-star gem and say they would book again.
