From the moment you arrive, every member of staff makes you feel welcome and provides exceptional service. The hotel is family-run and maintains a first-class standard. The rooms are beautifully designed and some offer breathtaking views of the Swiss Alps from large balconies. The hotel features a lovely terrace that is well-maintained and the pool in the wellness area has a great size. Dining options are excellent- both the breakfast and dinner are delicious. If you're looking for a high-end hotel that is not a "wellness factory," this is it. Guests couldn't recommend it enough and would love to come back. The only negative feedback regarded impolite staff at reception, bad room odor and a lack of communication about keys.
