The hotel provides multiple free transport services daily to two nearby towns, making exploring the area with kids a breeze. The breakfast spread is excellent and the resort is clean and tidy throughout. The staff are friendly, helpful and always available to assist you. However, room service is not available very late, which may not be ideal for families with young children. All in all, Urban Valley is a truly recommended place to stay with your family, friends or partner.
