Summary of reviews related to the 'Pool' category
Summarized by AI
Hotel Central offers a notable range of indoor and outdoor thermal pools with hydromassage that many guests have described as superb. The pools are generally praised for their cleanliness, hot water and reasonable pricing of just 1 leu per person per day. The amenities include several beautifully maintained large pools, including heated pools and fantastic thermal water baths that contribute to an enjoyable and relaxing experience. Many visitors enjoyed the indoor pools, noting them as amazing with a well-kept environment and excellent reception service enhancing the overall stay.
However, there are some areas where the pool facilities could see improvements. Some guests expressed concerns over the cleanliness of the pool water at certain times and expected better regular maintenance. The functional state of the pool jets and occasional dirty water was pointed out as needing attention. The timing and additional costs for access to the pools could also be clearer with some feeling that during crowded times, the access limitations were somewhat problematic. It's notable that the water slides are available only during weekends, which may disappoint families hoping for daily fun activities.
In terms of infrastructure, guests have reported needing more modernization with some rusted railings and a limited number of changing rooms, many of which could be in better repair. Additional comments suggested a better balance between hotel guests and outside visitors regarding pool usage charges. Despite these drawbacks, the pools significantly contributed to a memorable holiday for many with thermal water jets and clean, warm water creating a pleasant and entertaining environment.
