Although some guests mentioned that the cocktails were diluted and not very good, it is normal for all-inclusive deals. The Bulgarians and Greek restaurants were particularly okay and the diverse and fresh food was delicious. The events, drinks, cakes and even fruits were all ripe and sweet. Moreover, guests praised the hotel's dispenser machines that allowed them to serve beer, wine, juice and coffee at their own discretion without having to go to the bar. However, some guests found it challenging to carry the thermal bag that the hotel provided with two cans of beer, two juices and a water bottle daily to the beach, as it is quite a distance. Also, some complained that the shampoo and towels were not changed regularly. Nevertheless, the all-inclusive services and facilities were quite impressive, despite minor shortcomings.
