The food is very good for all-inclusive with a good choice of restaurants and specialty options. The all-inclusive formula includes high-end alcohols, smoothies, coladas, daiquiris, sours, margaritas, Prosecco and juices. The bar closes a bit earlier than other places on the island, but the food is always fresh and there is plenty of it. While some guests felt it was overpriced or a rip-off, the majority found it to be good value for money. Despite not normally staying in all-inclusive resorts, the variety of food and drinks made it a worthwhile experience. The only downside was the beach cafe food, which was abysmal. Overall, if you're looking for an all-inclusive experience in Barbados, Sugar Bay does it all correctly!
