Many guests adore the outdoor heated pool, which is super relaxing and superbly kept with a perfect temperature. The hotel's exterior is magnificent with beautiful pools, surrounding trails and views. Despite a few negative experiences, such as a terrible restaurant experience, loud wedding party and dirty pool, the staff are friendly and helpful and it's lovely that dogs are allowed in the facility.
