Although some guests find the rooms to be a tight squeeze for a family of four, there are many activities both for adults and kids to keep them entertained. The hotel's pool area is lively with lots of kids having a great time. Even though the weather could affect the availability of outdoor activities, the hotel was generous enough to waive the fee to rent a curling ice. Families can still enjoy plenty of activities that are included in the resort fee, such as indoor swimming, tennis courts, mini-golf and many more. The hotel's indoor playground, games room and ping pong tables used to be available in the past, but sadly they are no longer present. However, many other activities will keep kids busy throughout the stay, from dog sledding to skiing, cinemas for children and even curling. Parents can relax, knowing their kids are in a safe environment and appreciate the friendly, family-oriented atmosphere of the hotel. Although there is no separate eating for kids, guests can still find a kids menu option. Some guests might find the hotel to be pricey for a family of four, but for most, the value for money is on par. The hotel staff is attentive and accommodating; however, guests might need to make requests for additional towels or diapers for babies.
