Sevsamora Resort & Spa offers guests clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. Although a few scuff marks were noted on the walls, the rooms are impeccably clean and come equipped with amenities such as an iron, ironing board, shampoos, conditioners, creams, razors, good quality mattresses and pillows and high-quality bedding. The executive suite offers a very comfortable and clean stay. While one guest felt that the room was too small to be the advertised 40 square meters, most guests were pleased with the size of the rooms, remarking that they were big and spacious. Air conditioning worked well, ensuring a comfortable stay. Overall, the rooms at Sevsamora Resort & Spa are a nice and enjoyable place to rest after a long day of exploring.

The wine tour was a highlight with interesting insights shared by knowledgeable staff. One staff member was especially helpful and stood out for their kindness in providing excellent customer service by Georgian standards. The staff were described as attentive, friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice and comfortable. It seems that some staff members judge based on the type of traveler you are, but overall guests were satisfied with the level of professionalism demonstrated by the manager and the good service provided by the staff.
