'Hotel Solar Palace SPA & Wellness' has garnered mixed reviews, especially regarding its four-star rating. Guests have expressed disappointment, noting that the facilities and services do not align with what is typically expected of a four-star establishment. The rooms and bathrooms, described as reminiscent of the 90s, fail to meet the quality standards associated with such a rating. Specific issues such as creaky beds and unsatisfactory bedding have been highlighted, pointing to a need for improvements in comfort and upkeep. Additionally, the breakfast offerings have been deemed subpar for a hotel claiming four stars.
Despite the building's promise of four-star facilities, the overall guest sentiment indicates that the hotel struggles to deliver on that level of service and quality. There seems to be a clear consensus that the hotel does not live up to its purported rating with both the condition of the rooms and the service provided falling short of expectations.
